A Special Sound Healing experience with Jenny Perez Curandera - a Curanderismo Practitioner and Shamanic Healer This sound healing can be described as a musically meditative experience where you will bathe in the ancient sounds of the Gong, Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan bowls, Koshi Chimes, rattles, and other instruments, plus some light projectors. This is a laying down experience where you get to fully relax, de-stress, and allow the sound frequencies to help you balance your Chakras, and reach higher states of consciousness. The frequencies of the sound vibration will interact with your mind and body on a cellular level bringing back balance to your mind, body, and soul. Jenny will create a relaxing space, where you can safely allow yourself to relax, receive and wash away what no longer serves you. With Thanksgiving just days away, this is the perfect opportunity to find calm before the holiday storm. Take time for yourself and rejuvenate before the busyness of family gatherings and seasonal festivities. Sound healing has been scientifically proven to assist with the following:Promotes deep relaxation and meditationPromotes a higher state of consciousnessReleases physical painDecreases anxiety and stress, including PTSDDecreases depression Improves your ability to concentratePromotes better sleepReleases emotional trauma Improves mental clarityCellular detoxificationInduces Alpha and Theta brainwaves (optimal for meditation, mental reprograming, serotonin and endorphin release) What to bring:- Your own water bottle- A Yoga mat- A blanket (or use one of ours)- A pillow Eye mask (recommended, if you have one, to maximize your experience)- Comfortable clothes to lie down Jenny Perez Curandera is a Curanderismo Practitioner and Shamanic Healer.
