Along with creative poses, you'll be guided to tap into mental resilience and set personal intentions for your wellness journey.In addition to foundational postures, you'll have the opportunity to explore advanced poses like arm balances, inversions, and deep twists—all while honoring your body’s limits and abilities. The class is designed to not only elevate your physical practice but also foster a sense of balance and self-motivation that will support your well-being off the mat.
