She has been teaching group fitness for 8 years across 5 states and 2 countries! As a military spouse and prior military herself, she understands the importance and commitment to maintaining a healthy life both physically and mentally. Having just moved to the area from Texas, she enjoys traveling and being active with her two boys and an amazing husband. She holds a Bachelor's in Meteorology and an Master's in Business. She enjoys a good fitness challenge, having recently competed in a 60 mile bike race and currently finishing 2023 miles in 2023! ALL of her classes are themed and designed to remove yourself from any current distractions!
