Fitness | Strength Training - Power 30

This 30 minute session is all about building strength & power. This class is a full body workout to burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength and improve bone health. You will use a variety of weight training equipment to change the shape of your body - no muscles get neglected!Low intensity - all levels welcome. Alex Marsh Alex fell in love with indoor cycling after her first class in 2019 and began coaching in 2022. Since then, she has coached both indoor cycling and group functional training classes, and she is passionate about coaching on and off the bike. Alex started her fitness journey after college when she took her first group fitness class - they showed her how fun working out can be! She wants her clients to have the same experience, gain confidence on the bike or lifting heavy, and look forward to each and every class. Her classes are full of energy and fun playlists.Outside of the gym, Alex is a total nerd who works as a data analyst, likes to knit, and spends lots of time hanging out with her cats, Pancake and Pop Tart.

We combine everything you need- strength, cardio, power, mobility, and core stability. This allows you to choose what style of class suits your personal fitness goals while maintaining the freedom and flexibility to challenge yourself on a daily basis.
