This 30 minute session is all about building strength & power. This class is a full body workout to burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength and improve bone health. You will use a variety of weight training equipment to change the shape of your body - no muscles get neglected!Low intensity - all levels welcome. Katie Hickey-Schaub Katie is a lifelong athlete, and as such values movement and recognizes the importance of regular exercise in promoting life long healthy habits and longevity. She is committed to fostering a welcoming community where participants of all backgrounds feel valued and supported when working with her. Katie is both an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor and a 200 hour registered yoga teacher, and she enjoys bringing both functional movements as well as play into all of her classes. Her teaching style emphasizes encouraging participants to find the movement that feels good in their individual bodies, brings them joy, and keeps them coming back.
We promote community by moving, sweating, and feeling good together. Our highly effective 30 & 45 minute workouts are designed to get you fitter, faster. We combine everything you need- strength, cardio, power, mobility, and core stability. This allows you to choose what style of class suits your personal fitness goals while maintaining the freedom and flexibility to challenge yourself on a daily basis.
