Improve athletic performance with this interval based class that focuses on hill work, speed, and sprints for a challenging ride. Siobhan Katilie Siobhan’s mantra on the bike is to “remember that you are better just for showing up.” After an embarrassing showing at her first spin class, Siobhan dove into indoor cycling as a way to cross-train during marathon training. After an amazing and inspiring second first class, she aims to bring that same intensity and energy to every moment in the saddle. Siobhan has been a rider for 5+ years and a coach for 2 years.She strives to make her classes challenging yet accessible to spin newcomers and vets alike. You can always count on eclectic playlist that will keep you guessing: from heavy EDM beat drops to bubble pop to gangsta rap.
We promote community by moving, sweating, and feeling good together. Our highly effective 30 & 45 minute workouts are designed to get you fitter, faster. We combine everything you need- strength, cardio, power, mobility, and core stability. This allows you to choose what style of class suits your personal fitness goals while maintaining the freedom and flexibility to challenge yourself on a daily basis.
