An upbeat 30 minute zone-focused workout will amp your sexy by creating sleek definition in your upper body. There will be a huge focus on your arms and abs, but also your back, shoulders and chest - basically everything above the belt!We'll use a variety of equipment to get the job done.Exercises and intensity levels will vary; all levels welcome. Antonique Vinson Antonique is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Weight Loss Specialist. She is also a Schwinn Certified Indoor Cycle Instructor with a Bachelors and Masters degree in Exercise Science. Antonique has been teaching cycle for over 10 years. She strives to make her indoor cycle experience not just challenging, but fun for all fitness levels.Her greatest accomplishment is going from a size XXXXL to a M/L by applying the principle "Burn more calories than you take in" and living a balanced active lifestyle.
