Hit the saddle and enjoy this 45 minute cycling class that pushes you to your physical limits and beyond. Improve athletic performance with this interval based class that focuses on hill work, speed, and sprints for a challenging ride. Edea Portlance Edea has been loving rhythm based indoor cycling since 2016, but her first experience actually made her vow to never come back. This is a major reason why she strives to make everyone’s first ride a fun & memorable one. An Alexandria native since birth, Edea spent half her life living in Asia where she owned her own fitness studio & co-owned a health food delivery service, while hosting her own show on prime time radio. One of her biggest accomplishments to date is climbing up Mt Kilimanjaro which she recommends to anyone looking for a once in a lifetime challenge! She believes everyone, regardless of gender, age, or fitness level, can really benefit from indoor cycling. “No matter what I’m going through that day, once I clip in, all of the stress and heaviness fades away…I want every rider to feel the same way. Magic happens in this dark room, so clip in and let’s ride!” -Edea
