This 45-minute session is all about building strength. Come prepared to do a full body workout to shape and tone your entire body, plus increase core strength and improve bone health. You will use a variety of weight training equipment to change the shape of your body - no muscles get neglected! Marja Toan Based upon her love of yoga and passion for spreading health and wellness to other's, Marja co-founded Zweet Sport Hot Yoga School in 2014. In 2016, Marja opened Zweet Sport Total Fitness - adding strength and cycle classes to her business inspiring a total fitness, balanced routine.Marja is a Figure Universe Pro Athlete, Certified Master Personal Trainer since 1999, Certified Holistic Nutritionist, and a Lifestyle Wellness Coach, who promotes sustainable health through a balanced lifestyle & enhanced spiritual well-being.
