Cycle Fusion brings the best of both worlds: cardio + strength training. You start with 30 mins of heart pumping rhythm-based cycle, then transition to the floor with 10 minutes of target zone strength exercises. Total Body brings the heat with weights & body weight exercises for a full body workout. Whichever zone you target, Cycle Fusion builds you to be a better "all around" athlete for your long term fitness goals. Emily Foster A long time-fitness lover and former athlete. Emily played division 1 lacrosse at her upstate New York college where she lead her teams in off-season workouts. She has since transitioned her love for sports to fitness. She loves running, lifting, HIIT, and cycle. She’s currently finishing her masters degree in education administration and teaches 3rd grade in Alexandria.
We promote community by moving, sweating, and feeling good together. Our highly effective 30 & 45 minute workouts are designed to get you fitter, faster. We combine everything you need- strength, cardio, power, mobility, and core stability. This allows you to choose what style of class suits your personal fitness goals while maintaining the freedom and flexibility to challenge yourself on a daily basis.
