This 30 minute session is all about building strength & power. This class is a full body workout to burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength and improve bone health. You will use a variety of weight training equipment to change the shape of your body - no muscles get neglected!Low intensity - all levels welcome. Lauren Stewart Lauren brings the heat & the beats through her heart pumping, base jumping rhythm rides! She found her way to the bike by honing in on rides that drive her to be her best self; mentally and physically. This is what she delivers to her classes by leading riders to find their best self every time they hit the saddle.
