Clip in and move to the beat in this 45 minute rhythm ride. This class uses music to motivate your mood for the ultimate cardio challenge. These dancing rides will include climbs and sprints, along with movements that ignite your upper body & core. Mary White Mary has always embraced an active and healthy lifestyle. A speech-language pathologist by day, Mary’s passion and commitment for helping people better themselves is evident both inside the studio and out. She enjoys any outdoor activity, including distance running, hiking with her dogs, and snowboarding. Now, Mary brings her lifelong love of dance and music to the cycle studio with high-energy rides that will challenge and motivate all riders. She welcomes all levels and experience to her classes!

We combine everything you need- strength, cardio, power, mobility, and core stability. This allows you to choose what style of class suits your personal fitness goals while maintaining the freedom and flexibility to challenge yourself on a daily basis.
