This is a themed "Girls Rule" Cycle Fusion workout . Get ready to bring the best of both worlds: cardio + strength training. You start with 30 mins of heart pumping cardio on the bike, then transition to the floor with 10 minutes of target zone strength exercises.This zone focused fusion class focuses on the arms & abs. Whichever zone you target, Cycle Fusion builds you to be a better "all around" athlete, for your long term health & fitness goals. Brittany Hoover Brittany is excited to share her love for health and fitness, and to help you achieve your fitness goals. Her experience comes from team and individual sports, a wide variety of group fitness classes, and cycling certification. She will lead you through a high-intensity class that makes every minute count, all while jamming out to some great tunes!
