This 30 minute session is all about building strength & power. This class is a full body workout to burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength and improve bone health. You will use a variety of weight training equipment to change the shape of your body - no muscles get neglected!Low intensity - all levels welcome. Brandon Henke Brandon specializes in using functional training to help people move better. He believes that developing neuromuscular coordination through integrative, full-body exercises is king when it comes to improving physical fitness.
